CHC30308 Certificate III in Home and Community Care
Workers in this occupational group work in the community under regular supervision within clearly defined organisational guidelines and service plans. These workers carry out activities related to the maintenance of an individuals personal care and/or other activities of living. These workers report directly to a supervisor and are not responsible for other workers. Workers at this level are required to have an understanding of Indigenous culture and history and to work with local communities in the provision of services.

This course has 14 units run over 7 1/2 weeks, 4 days a week Mon - Thurs 9:00 - 3:30pm, plus 100 hrs in the work place (3-4 weeks) Course totaling 10 1/2 -11 1/2 weeks.
