Training Tailor Made offers a range of courses, specialising in community services areas. All of our recognised 'skills shortage areas', meaning that qualified workers are needed in these areas. Our courses are Funded by the Queensland Government through various funding streams.

This qualification is will provide you with the skills and knowledge to gain a rewarding career with the new generation, shaping the lives of children in their early years. The CHC30113 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care will allow you to gain a role within a childcare centre as an Early Childhood Educator, Child Carer, Supervisor, Centre Manager, Teacher, Learning Mentor, Community Education Officer and Student Advisor. 

This qualification is will provide you with extensive skills and knowledge to gain a rewarding career in early childhood education, or take the next step in your career.  The CHC50113 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care will provide you with career opportunities such as; Group Leader, Early Childhood Educator, Director, Child Carer, Supervisor, Centre Manager, Teacher, Learning Mentor, Community Education Officer and Student Advisor and more.

Aged care, disability, and home and community care are among Australia’s fastest-growing industries with an increasing demand for passionate and qualified employees.

 

Training Tailor Made offers the Certificate III in Individual Support CHC33015 specialising in either Ageing, Disability or Home and Community. This qualification will equip you with the skills to provide a high level of personal, physical, and emotional support to clients with high care needs. This qualification will allow you to secure a community care role in individual support.

Australia's Job Outlook service has predicted major growth within the community services area in the coming years, with an increasing demand for workers. Training Tailor Made offers the Certificate III in Community Services CHC32015, covering a broad range of content. This course includes topics such as responding to client needs, managing personal stress in the workplace, communication, mental health, working in the context of drugs and alcohol, health and wellbeing, and more. Training Tailor Made offers a tailored service, allowing you to work at your own pace, and to complete alternative electives if requested.

This course will help you develop your skills to work with people at-risk in the community. You will develop communication skills, case management skills and learn to work in a professional setting with diverse clients and staff. 

 

If you are caring for someone at home who is receiving NDIS support or working within the community, then you may be eligible to complete this Diploma with Government Funding.
